About the Greeting Cards

Printed on high-quality card stock or photopaper, these imaginative and artistic blank-inside cards focus on nature are of better quality and larger than most cards available in stores. They can be used for any occasion. We strive to use USA-made paper products, and to choose products that are made using sustainable forest management practices. We also buy recycled paper products for the catalogue and reuse or recycle waste paper or cardboard. We also recycle ink cartridges to benefit Big Cat Rescue. You will receive one envelope per greeting card ordered. If you have further questions, you can reach Stephanie Fischetti by email at stephaniefischetti@lycos.com or sfischet@fastmail.fm or by phone at (813) 569-4406.

Beadwork

View my beadwork at http://stephaniefischetti.angelfire.com/beadwork/. I make jewelry using primarily silver, glass and semi-precious stones. These are unique pieces I string from beads and other necessary parts. The jewelry contains no plastic.

Sterling Silver and Semi-Precious Jewelry

The bracelets and rings that I have for sale that are not beadwork are made of sterling silver and semi-precious stones. I did not make these items. We purchased them in bulk from an independent local jeweler. Their prices are based on their weight, with the bracelets having a lower price per gram than the rings. The rings will be posted on a page on this site in the future. Also, Paypal will be available for purchasing the bracelets and rings in the future.

Who We Are

I have worked extensively in publishing as an editor of various sorts (permissions, copy editing, proofreading, editorial consultant, copywriter, technical editor and so on). I am available locally to work as a freelance editor on print publications and documents. I also have experience making stained glass artwork in the tiffany style and working in a jewelry sales and repair store.

My volunteer work includes petition-signing and letter-writing on behalf of the planet’s ecosystem. I do advocacy work as a letter-writer and ink-cartridge recycler for the Big Cat Rescue Cat Sanctuary in Tampa, Florida.

Several of my poems have been published in print and online, I have written letters to editors, have three published encyclopedia articles, one published academic book review, and have presented an academic paper about the poet Joseph Brodsky at a conference in Manhattan, Kansas.

I am interested in gardening in general. I enjoy photographing plants and natural or garden scenes, drawing with watercolor pencils and colored pencils, and painting in acrylic. My primary artistic patron at this time is my husband Theodore Dasch.

Theodore (Ted) Dasch works as an electrical technician on turbines which harness steam power to produce electricity. Ted takes photographs, plays folk acoustic guitar, paints and draws with acrylic, watercolor, chalk and ink and plays harmonica in the folk style.

Ted also makes donations on behalf of environmental concerns and in the local fight to alleviate hunger, addiction and homelessness. He knows a lot about weather, history and geography and is interested in gardening, rocks and minerals, and airplanes.
